Eligibility for Counselling for seats under 15% All India Quota:
Regarding eligibility criteria and qualifying criteria of candidates for 15% All India Quota is concerned they are requested to refer to CHAPTER 6 of AIPMT 2019 Information bulletin page no- 19 issued by CBSE.
It is stated that candidates in whose result sheet it is written that they are eligible in 15% All India Quota (AIQ) will only be able to register on MCC website for 15% All India counselling.
For the rest 85% candidates who are Not eligible for 15% AIQ but have qualified for NEET 2019 they are requested to contact their respective Counselling Authorities as per their State domicile

What is the process of NEET online Seat allotment?
- Main Counseling Registration (Visit to http://www.mcc.nic.in/ and Register as new Candidate)
- Exercising of Choices, indicative seats and Locking of choices
- Process of Seat Allotment – Round 1 (this is computer software process conducted by identified agency for MCC)
- Round 1 Result Publication
- Reporting at the allotted Medical/Dental College against 1st Round
- Publication of net vacant seats
- Fresh Choice Submission by eligible candidates for round 2

I have cleared NEET exam with 310637 all India rank (57.276645%) but not eligible for 15% all India quota, so what should I do? Can I study MBBS or not? Also will I get any sponsorship under state govt. college? Can you also tell me what is eligibility to get admission under 85% quota under state?
