The Common Law Admission Test is an all India online entrance test for admission into UG and PG law courses in 17 National Law Universities (NLUs) across India. This exam is conducted across 60 cities in various parts of the country.

Students appearing for the qualifying exams in April/May 2019 can also appear. However, admission is valid only if evidence of passing the respective qualifying exam is submitted. |
Question Paper Pattern and Tie-Breaking
Under-Graduate Programs
The two-hour exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions of one mark each, with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
The question paper consists of five parts:

The question paper consists of 150 multiple choice questions of one mark each. The exam lasts for two hours and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Application Procedure for CLAT 2019
Candidates aspiring to appear for CLAT must complete the application form online by visiting the website www.clat.ac.in and paying the fees. All relevant documents must be uploaded online only. This is the only mode of applying for CLAT.
CLAT Exam Fees Details 2019
- Fees for General/OBC/SAP and other Candidates : Rs.4000/-
- Fees for SC/ST candidates : Rs. 3500/-
- The relevant fees must be remitted online.
