Punjab Secondary Education Board (PSEB) is the education board of Punjab state which regulates various education related acitivies. It was established in the year of 1969 under the legislative act of Punjab government. The headquarter of PSEB board is located in the SAS Nagar, Mohali. Various private and public schools located in Punjab state are affiliated with this board. The aim of Punjab board is to increase the level of education in Punjab State and provide higher education to the students. Punjab board conducts the exam for matric and intermediate every year in the month of February to March. It also provides the textbooks and syllabus to the students.
