Punjab Agricultural University Admit Card: The PAU 2019 Admit Card will be available on the official website of PAU for both online and offline candidates. The Students can download their admit card by entering their Date of Birth and User ID for online candidates. For offline candidates, enter the Date of Birth and Prospectus Number to download the admit card. The admit card will be published in online mode only. No printed admit card will be sent to candidate through post/courier.

The Students who will register successfully either through online or offline mode will be issued admit card. The admit card for PAU 2019 can be downloaded from the official website of the university, i.e., pau-apms.in. The date for issuance of admit card have not yet been announced. How to download PAU 2019 Admit Card?
Students can download their admit card by following the instructions given below:
- Click on the link that will be provided on this for downloading the admit card
- Enter the information as given below:-
- For online candidates – Enter User ID and Date of Birth
- For offline candidates – Enter Prospectus number and Date of Birth
- Submit the details.
- The admit card will appear on the screen
- Download and take a print out of it.
Documents to bring at the examination center
Students have to bring the following documents at the examination center, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance test:
- Two black ball point pen
- A hard copy of the admit card with attested photograph & signature of the candidate
- Photo ID proof in original – Aadhaar ID/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Passport
Exam Pattern
Marking Scheme:
- One mark will be awarded for each correct answer
- There will be a negative marking of ¼ for every incorrect answer.
For Agriculture Aptitude Test
- Number of Questions: 100
- Type of Questions: MCQ
- Duration of the exam: 1½ hour
- Medium of the Question: English and Punjabi
- The question paper will be divided into two sections: Agriculture Aptitude and General Science
For Common Entrance Test
The CET will comprise of Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and Mathematics/Biology/Agriculture/Home Science as optional subject. The candidate will have to choose one among the option subject. The compulsory subjects will be of 66 marks each. Students will have to complete CET in 1½ hours. The medium of the question will be in English only.
For Master’s Entrance Test
The MET will comprise of 200 MCQ’s which Students need to complete in a duration of 3 hours. The question paper will be divided into two sections. Section 1 comprises of General Agriculture, which will be compulsory for all the Students except for those Students who wish to seek admission in Extension Education, can attempt either General Agriculture or Home Science. Section 2 comprises of Agronomy / Agricultural Meteorology/ Entomology/ Extension Education/ Food Technology/ Forestry/ Horticulture (Floriculture & Landscaping, Fruit Science, Vegetable Science)/ Plant Breeding and Genetics/ Plant Pathology/ Soil Science/ Agricultural Economics. For the section 2 Students have to choose any of the above mentioned subjects.
