• Step 4: Now you can reach at official MDSU Student Form Portal
• Step 5: Now Please Select your Category like – Regular student, Ex-Student or Non Collage Student and also select Select UG/PG/Other Courses, Select Class for Exam Form then Select collage and finally choose your payment option.
• Step 6: After Selection of all required fields, please click on “Fill Exam Form”
• Step 7: After Successfully Filing of your exam form, please take print out of your exam form or save a copy in your local computer or mobile for Future reference….and
