Instruction to Fill Application Form Online
1. If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
2. You are also requested to download the Common Prospectus 2019 and read carefully the Rules of the University (Section 06) as mentioned in the common prospectus. You may also read section 1, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13.
- Click on the button “REGISTER YOURSELF” that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
- Remember, while choosing your User Name it must be in between 8 to 16 characters.
- While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
- After filling the mandatory information click the “SUBMIT” button.
- Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.
3. Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
4. If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the “LOGIN” button.
5. Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
- Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of Age Proof
- Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 400 KB)
- Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 400 KB)
- Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 400 KB)
- Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line(less than 400 KB)
6. Fee can be paid by following methods:
- Credit Card (Master/Visa)
- Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
- Net Banking
- ATM Card(PNB)
7. It is suggested to scan documents from your originals. Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference.
Payment confirmation message is sent to you through SMS and email, Press Next button to see the form preview
Once the Admission Form is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation to that effect. The University will provide you further information with regard to confirmation of your admission, allotment of study centre and other details for induction etc. in due course.
IGNOU Application Form 2019

- Candidates can get the application form through both online and offline mode.
- IGNOU 2019 registration for July session can be done till 30th June 2019.
- Candidates can purchase the application form from all Regional Centres/Study Centres of the University which can be obtained in person.
- Candidates have to make payment through post by sending a Demand Draft.
- Application form can also be submitted via online by creating a User ID in official website.
- Candidates have to submit the scanned photograph, signature, age proof, relevant educational qualification, experience certificate, category certificate, BPL certificate & other required certificates.
- Don’t forget to keep printouts of the result for further use.
Application Fee:
- The application fee will be Rs. 200/- by online mode and Rs.250/- through Demand Draft.
- A fee can be made through Credit Card (Master/Visa), Net Banking & Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) or demand draft.
IGNOU Eligibility Criteria
Here we are providing the qualification eligibility criteria for various courses offered by IGNOU:
- MBA: Bachelor degree in any stream or pursuing in final year will also eligible for apply.
- BCA: 12th or equivalent exam passed & no age limit.
- MCA: Bachelor degree of minimum three years from any recognized university and also hold the graduation or 12th level with mathematics subject & no age limit.
- MA (English/Economics/History), MSW: Bachelor or a higher degree from any recognized college.
- BSW: Passed 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
- BA & B.Com: Passed 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
- B.Sc: 12th with science subjects or equivalent exam.
- PG Diploma in Rural Development: Bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma in Tourism Studies: Passed 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
- Diploma in Dairy Technology: Passed 10+2 or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
